ACTSI Investigator Dr. Mark Mulligan in the News


Mark J. Mulligan, MD, FIDSA 
Dr. Mulligan is an ACTSI investigator, professor in the Division of Infectious Diseases and trained as a molecular virologist with Richard Compans at UAB. He leads a group of collaborating faculty and staff at the Hope Clinic of the Emory Vaccine Center. His research focuses on understanding the mechanisms of successful vaccines and developing needed new or improved vaccines, e.g., HIV, pandemic influenza, tuberculosis and biodefense vaccines.
