Georgia CTSA Advisor Receives Lifetime Achievement Award
Congratulations to Georgia CTSA Advisor David Stephens, MD, Vice President of Research, Woodruff Health Sciences Center, for receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award in Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 2021 Health Care Heroes. Dr. Stephens was selected for his longstanding career in infectious disease, dedication to bettering people’s lives, and training future scientists. Dr. Stephens served as Georgia CTSA Principal Investigator from 2008 – 2017.
